What should we afraid of death

文/釋寬仁
Message to all classmates:
About 2 a.m. on 21st September, we all experienced a serious earthquake. It seldom happens in Hong Kong and
wouldn't be that
serious.
By the time when my bed was shaking, I didn't frightened because I knew
what was happening. Whenever
facing dangerous, we
have to calm down ourselves, otherwise, everything
will go wrong as we do not have a clear mind.
Life is impermanent, I do not afraid of death, everybody will die one day although we do not know when.
When you are practicing buddha's path, you will understand what is karma, you will understand what will
happen at the moment of death and the state of death.
Similarly saying, Buddhists look at death as moving from one house to
another or from one environment to another. In the sutras, there are many similes about death.
- Death is like being born again.
- Death is like graduation.
- Death is like moving.
- Death is like changing clothes.
- Death is like renewal.
So, What should we afraid of death.
Buddha bless you !!
